Refund & Cancellation Policy
At House of Prahl, our work is a commitment of intellectual property and dedicated studio time. To maintain the effortless precision and high level of service our clients expect, we operate under the following professional terms:
The Monthly Retainer Model
All Design Residencies are pre-paid in full at the commencement of each billing cycle. This ensures that your project is prioritized within our studio and that resources are allocated to your design narrative without interruption.
Cancellations
We believe in a partnership built on inspiration, not obligation. You may cancel your residency at any time. To avoid being billed for the subsequent month, please submit your cancellation at least three (3) business days prior to your next scheduled billing date. Upon cancellation, you will continue to receive architectural oversight through the end of your current paid period.
Refund Status
Because our services involve the immediate allocation of time and bespoke creative assets, all payments are non-refundable. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for cancellations made mid-cycle. This policy allows us to maintain the integrity of our design process and the quality of our output for every "living entity" we create.
